PILATES PLUS

These are athletic style Pilates Sessions are dynamic, full-body workouts performed on the Proformer. Designed to build strength, endurance, stability, and core control through low-impact movement. Classes combine resistance-based training with intentional programming to challenge the entire body while improving posture, mobility, and overall body awareness.

Sessions range from 40 - 50 minutes. Longer sessions include an additional stretch portion at the end.

Perfect for:

BEGINNER’S PILATES PLUS

Beginner’s Pilates Plus introduces the foundational principles, exercises, and used in our athletic style Pilates sessions. Sessions focus on proper alignment, form, breathing, and movement patterns while building strength, confidence, and body awareness at a manageable pace and in a supportive environment. Sessions are dynamic, full-body workouts performed on the Proformer. Designed to build strength, endurance, stability, and core control through low-impact movement. Classes combine resistance-based training with intentional programming to challenge the entire body while improving posture, mobility, and overall body awareness.

PP Stretch is a recovery focused session designed to improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall movement quality through guided stretching and restorative movement on the Proformer. Sessions focus on releasing tension, increasing range of motion, and supporting recovery while helping the body move and feel better.
