Compliment your bounce workout with a 20-minute Pilates Plus Stretch class which promotes long, lean muscles and head-to-toe flexibility.
A 40 - 60 minute small group fitness class utilizing a mini trampoline.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
This class is geared towards clients of all levels.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR CLASS:
No regular socks or shoes! Pilates grip socks only.
Do not eat or drink too much 20 minutes prior to class.
Please bring a water bottle. We have towels and water available at the studio.
