BEGINNER'S PILATES PLUS

Beginners Pilates Plus is a slower-paced workout that focuses on form and technique. The routine is less-intense than our typical Pilates Plus class and will allow for time to build poses from the ground up to ensure form and execution are correct. This class is beneficial to new students as well as our existing students who want to learn the nuances of how to target each specific body part throughout class.

A 40 minute full body beginner's workout performed on the Pilates Reformer. Your class may incorporate handweights and/or other props such as the magic circle, or weighted balls.

Clients that have little to no Pilates experience.

Socks, preferably socks with grips (available for purchase at the studio).
