PILATES PLUS BOOTCAMP

Try one of our 55 minute Pilates Plus Bootcamp classes. In each Bootcamp class you can expect to work each muscle group a little longer and harder.

A 55 minute full body stretching class performed on the Pilates Reformer. Your class may incorporate handweights and or other props such as the magic circle, or weighted balls.

Socks, preferably socks with grips (available for purchase at the studio). We have towels and water available at the studio.
