PILATES PLUS / GYM XT

20 minutes Gym XT suspension training followed by 20 minutes full body Pilates Plus. The ultimate combination workout! Increase your strength and flexibility.

Gym XT Suspension training, similar to TRX Suspension training, utilizes anchored suspension straps and your bodyweight to perform a full body workout that will develope your strength, balance, flexibility and core strength.

With each excercise you control the level of difficulty by simply adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance.

A 40 minute full body workout utlilising the GYM Xt Suspension Trainer and the Pilates Reformer. Your class may also incorporate handweights and or other props such as the magic circle, or weighted balls.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

 

We recommend that you take at least one Pilates Plus or Beginner's Pilates Plus class prior to taking this class.

 

 

 

 

 

This class is geared towards clients of all levels.

You will need sneakers for the Gym XT portion of the class and socks for Pilates. Preferably socks with grips (available for purchase at the studio). We have towels and water available at the studio.
