PILATES PLUS STRETCH

Our stretch classes are very popular, and for good reason.

Compliment your workout regimen with our Pilates Plus Stretch class which promotes long leanmuscles and head-to-toe flexibility. You'll start with a warm-up, and then move into a series of targeted stretches that will increase muscle elasticity, and leave you feeling refreshed and energized. Developing your body's flexibility pays great dividends in your workout as well as in your daily life -- walk taller, sleep better, and boostyour Pilates Plus results!

A 40 minute full body stretching class performed on the Pilates Reformer.
