Our signature 40-minute workout offers more than any classical Pilates session can deliver. Our classes are suited for men and women of all fitness levels. Pilates Plus is largely based on the principles of Pilates but also emphasizes strength training and cardio. With each class you can expect to improve your strength, endurance and flexibility. In addition, you will jumpstart your metabolism, allowing you to burn calories at a rate of a third more than during the actual class!
Pilates Plus is an efficient, fat-burning, body strengthening and tightening workout. It attacks the bulk in the hips and thighs, elongates your muscles, and tightens the body’s core for abs of stone. You can expect improved postural alignment and balance.

Pilates Plus STRETCH
Our stretch classes are very popular, and for good reason.
Compliment your workout regimen with our Pilates Plus Stretch class which promotes long leanmuscles and head-to-toe flexibility. You'll start with a warm-up, and then move into a series of targeted stretches that will increase muscle elasticity, and leave you feeling refreshed and energized. We LOVE the combination of Cycling and Pilates. These two forms of exercise share many of the same philosophies. Here are just a few:
MIND~BODY CONNECTION: This comes about in the form of visualization, body awareness and thought process. Visualize how the body is moving and what muscles we are engaging. As we gain a level of awareness and connection with our bodiesmovements we perform more efficiently, have better control over our muscles andthereby reach our goals.
CORE STABILITY: This is the key to nearly every activity we engage in. In Cycling, core stability results in more powerful pedal strokes and more efficient use of energy. In Pilates we strengthen our core muscles while simultaneously improving our strength, flexibility, posture and endurance.
BREATHING: Proper breathing techniques relax the tension in our bodies and allow forbetter oxygen exchange. Thus, we will be able to perform at a higher level of activity while staying focused and stress free.
ALIGNMENT OF OUR BODIES: Hips, legs, upper body, spine and neck must all be correctly aligned to promote the necessary flow of energy, power of movement and properuniform muscle development. You will love this combination of pure training, toning and cardio.

Our 40 minute Cycle classes are high energy, low impact, cardiovascular workouts set to music. Each trainer takes you through a unique sequence of routines that will challenge you mentally and physically. If you are a beginner, don’t worry as you can take the class at your own pace as you are in complete control of your workout.
Our studio features the AC Sport bike from Schwinn. For those of you that have biking shoes, our bikes are equipped with SPD clips. If you don’t have biking shoes pedals are equipped with baskets so you can use your own athletic shoes.

Body Barre Blast
An intense yet low-impact workout that will leave your muscles shaking!
Emphasizing isometric training to transform your muscles from the inside out in thistotal body sculpting class. Firm up your arms, tone your thighs and glutesand chizzle your abs utilizing light weights and lots of repetition through slow and controlledmovement while improving overall form, posture and flexibility.
A fun, non stop, low impact, complete body workout designed to lengthen, tone, & sculpt the arms, buns, legs & core, using light weights, bands, balls and of course, the ballet barre!
Utilizing the Gym XT for ULTIMATE suspension strength training, you will pair it off with either the Bosu trainer, medicine ball, step or one's own body weight to challenge and improve your stability, speed and endurance.
Tabata training was discovered by Japanese scientist Dr. Izumi Tabata and a team of researchers from the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Tokyo.
Tabata exercises last four minutes and are structured as follows: Workout hard for 20 seconds; Rest for 10 seconds; Complete eight rounds.
Our Tabata Circuit Class consists of a full body circuit workout following theTabata protocol. Get ready to SWEAT!
Vinyasa is a form of yoga in which movement is synchronized to the breath. This style of yoga is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
