Katie brings her enthusiasm for fitness to her Pilates Plus classes. She is a certified Lagree Fitness instructor as well as TRX instructor. Her fast pace classes target every muscle group-including ones you didn't know you had!
Fitness has been Katie's passion since she was young. She was a division I college athlete at UC Berkeley where she played water polo. Health and fitness are Katie's top priorities these days. Her energy and dedication are contagious and her clients love her fun and challenging classes.
