HIIT is an acronym for High Intensity Interval Training. In each class you will utilize the Gym XT for ULTIMATE suspension strength training, paired with either the Bosu trainer, medicine balls, step or one's own body weight to challenge and improve your stability, speed and endurance.
A 40 - 60 minute high intensity class that utilises props such as weighted balls, steps, bosu trainer and more.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
This class is not geared towards beginner's, however mosdifications can be made depending on your fitness level.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR CLASS:
Please wear sneakers and bring a waterbottle. We have towels and water available at the studio.
