Let’s get that heart rate pumping, your blood flowing and that rhythm going in Cardio Kick!
In this class, you use nothing but your own body weight and optional light weights to accelerate fat burn, build long, lean muscles and learn some super fun and rhythmic movements that enhance one’s knowledge of kickboxing and overall self-defense.
All levels are welcome to this class that can be as challenging as you choose to make it!
