A full body work out designed to tone your body, increase circulation, balance, and endurance.

bootybarre BOUNCE is instructed on the Jump Sport trampoline with a ballet barre attached to activate the lower body and core for stability. 

A true fusion of Pilates, Dance, Yoga and Cardio performed on the trampoline.

 

PILATES PLUS BOUNCE

Pilates Plus Bounce takes your Pilates class to a new level. Signature Pilates Plus mixed with the fitness trampoline. This is a FUN, SWEATY, CARDIO filled workout.

A fun, energetic and cardio driven barre class that incorporates the fitness trampoline.

 

A 40 - 60 minute small group fitness class utilizing a mini trampoline.

For the barre class you will need socks with grips. We have socks with grips available for purchase at the studio. Please bring a water bottle.  We have towels and water available at the studio.
