Body Barre Blast
An intense yet low-impact workout that will leave your muscles shaking!
Emphasizing isometric training to transform your muscles from the inside out in this total body sculpting class. Firm up your arms, tone your thighs and glutesand chizzle your abs utilizing light weights and lots of repetition through slow and controlledmovement while improving overall form, posture and flexibility.
Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.
bbarre less is a fusion style class with a true foundation of Pilates performed to the beat of the music. You will experience a mind body connection fused with dance, Pilates and Yoga.
Classic barre exercises have been adapted to be performed in the center of the room either standing or on the floor. You will challenge the core for balance and total body proprioception.
bbarre less is broken down into four blocks with two cardio fusion intervals a short warm-up and simple stretches to complete a total body workout.
A 40 - 60 minute small group fitness class utilising the ballet barre and other props such as balls, bands and more.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR CLASS:
For the barre class you can go bare foot, or wear barre shoes/socks or socks with grips. We have socks with grips availble for purchase at the studio. Please bring a waterbottle. We have towels and water available at the studio.
